Job summary

SAILS Washington is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations of Supported Living Services within designated programs. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensure high-quality, person-centered care, and maintain regulatory compliance across sites.

Responsibilities include staffing scheduling, staff coaching, and monitoring safety and client welfare, while aligning with state, federal, and local standards and plans (IISP/IISPs).

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
• Ability to train and mentor staff, and conduct corrective action as needed.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations and quality standards for supported living programs.
• Experience developing and managing staffing schedules within budgeted labor hours.
• Ability to monitor client plans (PCSP/IISP) and ensure adherence to service plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential programs and supervise staff.
• Train, coach, and mentor Direct Support Professionals to align with best practices.
• Conduct staff counseling and corrective action, including improvement plans.
• Monitor safety, health, and well‑being of clients and ensure safe environments.
• Develop and maintain staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage within budgets.
• Post schedules timely and optimize staff utilization across sites.
• Monitor labor hours and ensure sites operate within budget.
