Job summary

Maricopa County Human Services Department (HSD) seeks a Senior and Adult Services Program Supervisor to lead the SAIL program for residents over 60 and adults with disabilities. You'll supervise 20+ staff, drive goals with funders, and align priorities with division strategy.

You'll oversee budgeting, policy development, and collaboration with internal and external partners to maintain housing stability and support independence.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience supporting and/or managing programs for seniors or other vulnerable populations.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, social services, public administration, business administration, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads the senior services team by overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of the SAIL program.
• Oversees hiring, performance management, training, workload planning, and quality of service delivery.
• Ensures program compliance, monitors funding and timelines, and collaborates with funders and partners.
