Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a senior data scientist to own the full data science engine for a priority vertical, from problem framing to deployed model and live ROAS performance. This is a hands-on role deeply immersed in data and modeling, collaborating with stakeholders and ML engineers to deliver measurable revenue impact.

You’ll start with Insurance and Advertiser Quality, expanding scope over time, focusing on building and validating models, with ROAS as the primary metric.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hands-on data science delivering measurable business impact.
• Experience in digital marketing or leadgen data modeling is highly desirable.
• Build and deploy ML solutions in AWS.
• Expert Python and SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data science models for the Insurance vertical, from problem to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive ROAS and revenue growth.
• Monitor models and performance, iterate based on results.
• Coordinate with ML engineering for last-mile deployment.
