Qualifications

• 5+ years in hands-on data science delivering measurable business impact.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or leadgen.
• Expert Python and SQL; strong modeling fundamentals; ML in AWS cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own full data science engine for a priority vertical end-to-end from problem to deployed model.
• Focus on Insurance and Advertiser Quality with ROAS as the primary metric.
• Validate, document, and monitor models; collaborate with ML engineering partner.
