Job summary

Extell Financial Services Inc. is seeking a contract senior consultant to lead an ADP Workforce Now implementation across multiple entities in Louisville, KY.

You will serve as the project SME, coordinating with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to ensure data migration, testing, training, and a smooth go-live. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ADP Workforce Now implementation experience, strong project management and HRIS expertise, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ADP Workforce Now implementation experience.
• Proven track record leading full-cycle HRIS and payroll implementations.
• Experience migrating from Paycom or a comparable platform is a plus.
• Strong project management, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ADP Workforce Now implementation across multiple employer entities.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Finance, and IT teams.
• Develop and manage project plan, timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
• Perform data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.
