Job summary

Tellworks Logistics seeks an experienced ADP Workforce Now Implementation Consultant to lead configuration, implementation, testing, and launch of Talent Management modules. This is a project-based, independent contractor engagement with remote work in the U.S.

Qualified candidates will have extensive hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience across Performance Management, LMS, Succession Planning, and Career Development, plus strong HR practices and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience implementing and configuring ADP Workforce Now.
• Demonstrated expertise with Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development modules.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee development, talent management, and organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, implementation, testing, and launch of ADP Workforce Now Talent Management modules.
• Conduct discovery sessions to review documentation, workflows, and business requirements.
• Configure ADP Workforce Now Performance Management, LMS, and Succession Planning modules.
• Develop performance review templates, competencies, goal-setting processes, and approval workflows.
• Provide recommendations for system optimization and ADP best practices.
• Test and validate all module configurations prior to launch.
• Provide administrator training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Offer optional post-launch support for agreed-upon period.
