Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Specialist to configure and implement ADP Workforce Now for new clients. You will work with the Project Manager to translate payroll needs into system solutions and ensure accurate setup, testing and a smooth go-live.

The role suits hands-on system work, problem-solving, and delivering payroll operations through technology with strong Excel and data-handling skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of payroll experience, including system implementations or configuration.
• Experience with ADP Workfoce Now strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax rules and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CPP preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll system implementations for new clients on ADP Workforce Now autopay.
• Configure WFN settings including earnings, deductions, tax and employee data.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Document client requirements, processes and data needs for setup.
• Perform data mapping, validation and migrations; support testing.
• Develop and deliver client training on payroll system functionality.
