Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to support Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), designing real-time, omnichannel customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. You will integrate AJO with AEP and CJA, and translate requirements into practical technical designs that drive customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on AJO implementation experience.
• 2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces, including email/SMS/push.
• 2+ years with AEP, RT-CDP, and XDM schemas.
• 5+ years in marketing tech with API-first config, Git, CI/CD.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Martech, or a technical field.

Responsabilités

• Design and configure end-to-end journeys in AJO with triggers, actions, and messages.
• Build rules for complex, real-time, attribute- and behavior-driven journeys.
• Configure AJO channels (email, SMS, push, in-app) including subdomains and IPs.
• Integrate AJO with AEP, RT-CDP, and CJA for unified profiles and analytics.
• Lead integration and delivery across Adobe ecosystem and client teams.
• Support pre-sales activities and technical design during engagements.
