Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations with deep expertise in AJO and AEP.
• 5+ years of experience leading architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
• 4+ years of working with distributed delivery teams and large-scale digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, AEP, and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Serve as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision and solutions aligned with business objectives and standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver omnichannel experiences.
