Job summary

This role leads design and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform, aligning architecture with business objectives and governance.

Travel may be required, and the team collaborates across delivery and product owners to deliver omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
• Minimum 5 years leading architecture workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Minimum 4 years working with distributed delivery teams on large-scale programs.
• Adobe certification in AJO and AEP preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform and related Adobe Cloud technologies.
• Serve as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision and ensuring alignment with objectives and standards.
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners and delivery teams to define scalable engagement ecosystems, establish governance and deliver omnichannel experiences.
