Job summary

Accenture is seeking a solutions-minded architect to lead enterprise-scale customer engagement initiatives using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform. Applicants should bring 6+ years in Adobe Experience Cloud deployments, strong governance skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations (AJO, AEP).
• Minimum of 5 years leading architecture workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Minimum of 4 years working with distributed delivery teams on large-scale digital transformations.
• Adobe certification in AJO and AEP preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Serve as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.
