Job summary

Accenture is seeking a solutions-minded architect who thrives at the intersection of technology and business strategy. You bring hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform experience, guiding scalable engagement ecosystems and governance across omnichannel experiences.

You will lead architecture workshops, align stakeholders, and partner with delivery teams on enterprise-scale digital transformations, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
• Minimum of 4 years of working with distributed delivery teams and large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Adobe certification in AJO and AEP preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using AJO, AEP, and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Serves as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.
