Job summary

Accenture, a global professional services company, seeks a solutions-minded architect to lead enterprise-scale customer engagement efforts using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform. You will align technology with business outcomes, govern engagement ecosystems, and drive omnichannel experiences with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

Expect collaboration across CTOs and delivery teams, hands-on architectural leadership, and travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Minimum of 4 years of working with distributed delivery teams and part of large-scale digital transformation programs.
Adobe certification in AJO and AEP preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
Serves as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.
