Qualifications

6+ years of experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in AJO and AEP.
5+ years of experience leading architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
4+ years of working with distributed delivery teams on large-scale digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
Serves as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision and ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
Partner with stakeholders to define scalable engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver omnichannel experiences.
