Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion and CJA to drive customer insights and optimize marketing strategies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity, and create dashboards to communicate insights. Strong background in data analytics and experience with Adobe CJA are essential, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to optimize marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
