Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics using Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe CJA to drive customer insights and improve campaigns.

You’ll lead delivery, collaborate across teams, and mentor others while ensuring data integrity and actionable dashboards for stakeholders. A strong background in data visualization and marketing analytics is essential, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong data visualization skills and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel and support business development throughout the sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Adobe CJA solutions to meet client objectives.
• Create dashboards and reports communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Lead project delivery from initiation to completion and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and define project scope.
• Ensure data integrity and implement robust data collection strategies.
• Provide thought leadership and mentor junior team members.
