Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions leveraging Adobe Workfront Fusion and CJA to drive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies.

You will lead project delivery, collaborate with clients, mentor junior staff, and ensure data integrity across channels while applying best practices in analytics and customer journey mapping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Lead project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Manage client relationships and daily interactions.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to best practices in analytics implementation.
