Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join the Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion to drive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate has experience with Adobe CJA and data analytics, and can deliver actionable insights to clients through dashboards and reports. The role supports a hybrid work model and requires willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 2–3 years of relevant analytics experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar platforms.
• Strong data visualization knowledge.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience.
• Willingness to travel and possess a valid passport and US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Lead analytics projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define scope.
• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members.
