Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to provide client insights.
• Design analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to inform marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and learning.
