EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join the Marketing Transformation team. Use Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe CJA to design analytics solutions, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights and improve marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and learning.
• Lead project delivery from initiation to completion; manage client relationships and daily interactions.
