Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics using Adobe Workfront Fusion and CJA to drive customer insights and marketing effectiveness.

The role requires strong data analytics and visualization skills, experience with SQL/Python/R, and the ability to lead projects and mentor teammates. A hybrid work model applies with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 2–3 years in data analytics or related field.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar platforms.
• Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed; valid passport and US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe CJA.
• Lead project delivery from initiation to completion with client engagement.
• Collect requirements and define project scope with cross-functional teams.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and apply best practices in analytics implementation.
• Mentor junior team members and drive knowledge sharing.
