Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join the Marketing Transformation team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing analytics solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe CJA to deliver actionable client insights.

You will lead analytics projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff. A strong background in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and marketing analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Lead project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
