Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an experienced Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe CJA to drive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies.

The Experience Senior role requires strong data analytics skills, collaboration across functions, and mentorship of junior team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field.
Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of data visualization techniques.
Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience.
Ability to support business development throughout the sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and insights.
Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and share best practices in analytics.
