Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and meet action plans to obtain student population objectives.
• Evaluate monthly activity against standards and goals.
• Assist prospective students through admissions in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct telephone interviews and email correspondence to identify prospects.
• Develop rapport with prospects and maintain regular contact.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure service levels.
• Operate with the school's expected behaviors: execution, communication, professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with campus policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
