Job summary

Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is seeking a Training Specialist (Admissions) to design, deliver, and evaluate onboarding and ongoing training for Admissions Representatives. The role partners with leadership to identify skill gaps, monitor metrics, and provide guided coaching to drive high conversions and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes instructional design, curriculum development, and collaboration with the Admissions leadership team to enhance performance and service

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs.
• Ability to assess skill gaps and identify training needs.
• Comfort with providing call coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Proven track record in developing curricula and instructional materials.
• Experience collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains training materials in collaboration with other Training Specialists.
• Identifies training needs and creates trainings targeted to those needs.
• Delivers individual and group training sessions.
• Monitors conversion reports to evaluate training impact.
• Conducts call coaching and provides feedback, including certification processes.
• Collaborates with Directors of Admission on strengths and opportunities of admissions representatives.
• Develops training curricula that meet instructional goals and objectives.
• Formulates training outlines and selects instructional methods.
• Selects or develops training aids and materials for delivery.
• Coordinates or performs administrative functions to deliver and document training programs.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and revises objectives/methods based on data.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
