Job summary

The Auguste-Escoffier-School of Culinary Art is seeking a Director of Student Finance to lead the Financial Aid team responsible for helping students navigate funding options to finance their education.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, ensuring compliance with Title IV regulations and audits, and managing systems and processes to achieve a 95% packaging rate while maintaining appropriate payment plans for graduates.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Aid management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Title IV Handbook and SFA Audit guidelines.
• Experience with Student Finance audits.
• Familiarity with VA certifying official processes.
• 3–5 years in Financial Aid.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop Financial Aid Representatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and audit readiness.
• Provide access to needed systems (Campus Nexus, Moodle, etc.).
• Achieve 95% packaging rate while managing graduation balances and payment plans.
• Oversee stipends and related budget reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
