Ancora Education’s Glendale campus is seeking an Admissions Representative to provide information and guidance to prospective students about career education programs. The role involves outbound and inbound calls, hosting campus visits, conducting interviews, and facilitating enrollments while maintaining ongoing communication with students through their education journey.

The position supports new-student orientation and helps ensure a positive transition to active enrollment.

Formación

• Two years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with campus software and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound and inbound telephone calls, text, & e-mails; responding timely to all inquiries.
• Share information with prospective students, within the framework of Ancora Education’s Code of Conduct, state and federal accreditation guidelines.
• Schedule campus visits for prospective students, conduct campus tours, and facilitate registrations.
• Follow-up with new students, ensuring their positive transition to being an active student.
• Contribute to team initiatives and outcomes by Ancora Education’s demonstrated success in collaborating with diverse groups of employees and customers.
