Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five years in higher education admissions preferred.
• Experience with historically underrepresented students.
• Proven ability to develop enrollment strategies and meet targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM and admissions management experience; familiarity with Oracle Cloud or Slate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts for Founder’s College at Butler University and collaborate with Butler’s Executive Director of Admission.
• Develop outreach initiatives with high schools and community organizations in Indianapolis.
• Coordinate recruitment events and oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Analyze recruitment data and report outcomes to improve strategies.
• Support students through admissions and enrollment while coordinating with Financial Aid.
