Job summary

Butler University is seeking an Associate Director International Admission to lead international recruitment and enrollment efforts from Indianapolis. This remote-eligible role will coordinate strategies, evaluate credentials, and manage applications while ensuring compliance with F-1 visa regulations.

The successful candidate will build partnerships, travel for recruitment events, mentor staff, and collaborate with admissions teams to expand Butler’s international student presence and success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in enrollment management or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in large or small groups.
• Knowledge of international documents and immigration processes.
• Experience with CRM databases (PeopleSoft and/or Slate).

Responsibilities

• Develop international recruitment plans based on data and market research.
• Manage and review all international applications for admission.
• Coordinate international credential evaluations and partner reviews.
• Represent Butler at college fairs and high school visits.
• Serve as DS0 to produce initial I-20s under F-1 visa rules.
• Travel 10-15 weeks per year; mentor admission staff.
