Nazareth House – Los Angeles is seeking a compassionate Admissions Coordinator to guide prospective residents and families from initial inquiry through move-in. You will manage tours, applications, and required documentation while coordinating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth, welcoming transition into our community.

The role requires California RCFE knowledge, attention to detail in records, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Experience in admissions, intake, case management, or a related role in senior living or healthcare.
• Knowledge of California Title 22 RCFE requirements and admission criteria.
• Ability to pass DOJ and FBI background checks and maintain compliant records.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day admissions process to support full occupancy.
• Coordinate and lead tours, open houses, and information sessions for prospective residents and families.
• Serve as the primary contact for prospects through inquiry to move-in.
• Review and process all admissions paperwork and consents for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate applicant and resident records in the CRM; follow up professionally.
