Job summary

San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living seeks an Admissions Coordinator to support admissions to the Jewish Home & Rehab Center. You will collaborate with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources to ensure seamless transitions for new residents and help achieve census and revenue goals.

You will handle data entry, admissions paperwork, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams while delivering compassionate, customer-focused service daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• MS Office proficiency required (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist management of LTC census and patient throughput to meet census targets.
• Process admissions paperwork and input data into EMR accurately.
• Coordinate with hospitals, physicians, and referral sources to facilitate smooth admissions.
• Provide tours and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain waitlists and communicate move-ins to minimize vacancies.
