Job summary

Texas Lutheran University seeks a Senior Data Application Analyst to join the Admissions team, ensuring that application and admissions data are accurate, complete, and timely to support enrollment decisions. The role spans undergraduate, transfer, graduate, and nursing populations.

Reporting to the VP of Enrollment, you will manage data from ApplyTexas and the Common App, audit records, recalculate GPAs, and produce reports for leadership, while collaborating with CRM specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining data integrity across admissions systems.
• Ability to audit and verify application data from multiple sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with applicants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, coding, verification, and processing of application data from ApplyTexas and the Common Application.
• Review applications and supporting documents to identify data inconsistencies.
• Troubleshoot data and document issues as the first-line resource.
• Audit admissions data and correct irregularities.
• Evaluate academic records for admission and scholarship eligibility.
• Maintain GPA recalculation and transcript evaluation processes.
• Create and edit CRM queries and reports for enrollment leadership.
• Collaborate with Admissions Information Systems on CRM administration.
