Job summary

Texas Lutheran University invites applications for the position of Director for Graduate Admissions & Degree Completion Programs. This leadership position is responsible for the strategic recruitment, enrollment, and growth of TLU's graduate and adult undergraduate degree completion programs.

The Director will provide vision, leadership, and operational oversight for all aspects of graduate enrollment, from prospect generation through enrollment.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in college enrollment management.
• Strong understanding of admissions trends and strategies.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities to meet enrollment goals.
• Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with Technolutions Slate preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year strategic enrollment plan.
• Lead recruitment activities for graduate and adult programs.
• Achieve annual enrollment goals and KPIs.
• Build partnerships with corporate, community, and educational partners.
• Represent the university at events and professional meetings.
• Oversee admissions from inquiry to enrollment.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote program value.
• Supervise admissions staff and foster accountability.
• Prepare enrollment reports and market analyses.
