Ancora Education seeks an Executive Admissions Representative to engage with prospective students, present the school's philosophy, and advocate for applicants throughout the admissions process in compliance with policy.

You will meet monthly activity standards, develop action plans, and collaborate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high service levels. This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and comfort working remotely across states where Ancora is licensed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; telephonic ability.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective students to support admissions decisions.
• Meet monthly activity standards and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Assist prospective students through the admissions process per applicable policies and regulations.
• Use phone, in-person interviews, chat, text, and email to identify prospects and assess needs.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high service levels.
