Job summary

Ancora Education seeks an Executive Admissions Representative to engage prospective students and guide them through the admissions process. You will advocate for applicants, present school benefits, and meet activity standards using approved procedures and an Admissions Code of Conduct.

You will develop action plans, deliver excellent service, and coordinate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure a high level of student support, including Veterans and external partners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with Google products preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, mature and collaborative team player.
• Ability to work remotely in a regulated education environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective students to support their school decision.
• Maintain regular contact and build rapport throughout the enrollment cycle.
• Guide applicants through admissions processes in compliance with policies.
• Conduct interviews via phone, in person, chat, text, and email.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high service levels.
• Participate in outreach events with organizations and veterans.
