Job summary

Ancora Education in San Antonio is seeking a Senior Admissions Representative to interface with prospective students and advocate for their education choices. You will interview by phone and in person, coordinate with Financial Aid and Academics, and maintain ongoing contact with applicants to meet monthly activity standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Experience with Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, self-motivated attitude and collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use school systems, databases and tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective students to support their decision to attend school.
• Maintain rapport with prospects and contact them throughout the enrollment cycle.
• Work with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high level of service.
• Conduct telephone and in-person interviews, plus email and text communications to identify prospects.
• Meet monthly activity standards per policy.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, structured environment and meet deadlines.
