Qualifications

• Four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in substance use programs.
• Four years managing behavioral health programs.
• Four years of management experience with grant-funded programs.
• Four years of professional supervisory experience managing personnel and implementing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery's community programs and oversee policy implementation.
• Manage grant-funded programs and development of funding strategies with state and federal support.
• Develop performance measures, funding relationships, and evaluation designs to improve service delivery.
• Report to the Associate Director of Community Programs and collaborate with partners to enhance outcomes.
