Heritage Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Senior Director of Community-Based Services to lead and grow our community-based and residential programs in Central Illinois. This executive role requires clinical expertise, administrative skill, and a vision for trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care across multiple programs.

Formación
- Master's degree in a human services field is required.
- LPHA licensure (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT) preferred.
- Experience overseeing multi-program behavioral health systems is highly recommended.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance required.
