Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a County Drug & Alcohol Administrator 1 to lead the CMSU Drug & Alcohol Unit. The role directs program planning, contract oversight, and budget development to strengthen regional services and recovery support networks.

You will work with the Behavioral Health Advisory Board to shape plans, coordinate grants, and supervise staff delivering critical public health programs to communities across Columbia, Montour, Snyder, and Union Counties.

Qualifications

Associate degree with six years of direct service/program planning in human services, including two years supervising staff.
Bachelor's degree with four years of direct service/program planning, including two years supervising staff.
Master's degree with two years of direct service/program planning, including two years supervising staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee the Drug and Alcohol unit with policy and independent judgment.
Develop and revise the annual Drug and Alcohol Plan with the Behavioral Health Advisory Board.
Negotiate and monitor provider contracts using required tools and guidelines.
Develop and track the annual budget with administration and advisory partners.
Prepare grants and generate revenues to support regional services.
Oversee DUI program operations including assessments and case management.
