Job summary

Acacia Network seeks a Program Administrator of Substance Use Disorder Services to oversee the OASAS-certified 822 clinic. You will ensure accessibility, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance within a trauma-informed recovery model, leading cross-functional teams in integrated behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work preferred, Human Services Administration, Public Health related field or 10 years of progressive management responsibility in health care related field.
• NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) /LMSW/LMHC preferred.
• Must have CASAC credential or obtain within 12-months of hire.
• Minimum of 3-years clinical work experience in the chemical dependence field.
• Six-years of experience in supervisory/leadership role.
• OASAS Clinical Supervision Training I & II (or obtain within 6 months of hire).
• Naloxone delivery training to treat opioid overdose, or trained within 7 days post hire.
• Within six months: MAT knowledge, and within thirty days: CASAC Ethics, Confidentiality, and Mandated reporter training.

Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation of systematic workflows to integrate medical, substance use, and mental health services in the 822-outpatient clinic.
• Plan and develop the integration model of medical, clinical, and mental health services.
• Directs the implementation of policies and procedures and notes deficiencies needing changes.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to program managers and staff.
• Recruit, hire and train program leaders and evaluate performance.
• Manage outpatient clinic operations to budgeted results and prepare reports for funding sources.
• Lead audits and monitor program evaluations; report results to Senior Administrator.
• Collaborate on QA reports to improve outcomes and staff performance.
