Responsibilities

• Lead the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery's community programs and oversee policy implementation.
• Manage grant-funded programs and development of funding strategies with state and federal support.
• Develop performance measures, funding relationships, and evaluation designs to improve service delivery.
