Job summary

Mourant seeks an experienced Senior Administrator to support its Governance Services team in the US. You will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, providing high standard administration and client service.

You will handle transactions with technical support, train colleagues when needed, and ensure deadlines and workflows (WIP/debt) are met, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven corporate administration experience.
  • Studying towards STEP or CGI.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Document Management Systems and Viewpoint is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive and flexible approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and be responsible for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients.
  • Provide technical support and training on transactions as required.

  • Oversee day-to-day activities including WIP and debt collection.
