Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, procedural competency and process improvement with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Support senior managers by researching and compiling information for projects and preparing clear, concise written communications.
• Ensure leadership is kept informed on issues related to the mission.
• Monitor progress toward completion of tasks and initiatives.
• Provide background information for program events and coordinate meetings, including virtual setups.
• Draft documents for leadership approval and disseminate policy guidance.
• Coordinate and support meetings and conferences, including scheduling and setup.
• Maintain scheduling documents for video and online conferencing setup and execution.
• Other duties as assigned.
