Job summary

STS Systems Defense, LLC is seeking a Personnel Management Support Specialist to support Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and involves managing personnel actions for about 2,100 personnel across DoD and Air Force channels.

Responsibilities include processing RPAs, coordinating with Civilian Personnel Offices, preparing position descriptions, and supporting DCIPS performance timelines, with regular briefings for senior leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
• 5+ years of recent relevant experience.
• Experience using military HR systems: BLSDM, VPC, CMS, MilPDS.

Responsibilities

• Provide personnel management support for approximately 2,100 personnel using DoD, Joint and Air Force personnel management principles and systems.
• Process roughly 25 RPAs per month, tracking through onboard completion using DCPDS or similar systems.
• Coordinate with Civilian Personnel Offices on staffing RPAs and advise on questions from civilian employees.
• Assist with Position Reviews and develop civilian position descriptions per AFPC guidance and procedures.
• Support DCIPS Performance Management timelines and related processes.
