Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison and point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Schedule meetings, book spaces, prepare materials, take and distribute minutes.
• Research, create, and maintain documents and communications for internal/external use.
• Procure and manage supplies and materials; coordinate vendors.
• Publish information/notices for newspapers, intranet, and internet.
