Mayvin is seeking an experienced SR Administrative Manager to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division. This role focuses on maintaining administrative operations and workplace services to enable Navy teams to perform effectively.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of professional experience, with a U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance. Travel and contingency upon award are part of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate administrative services to support efficient day-to-day operations.
• Oversee office support functions, including reception, payroll, conference planning, and travel coordination.

• Coordinate materials scheduling, distribution, and supply management.
• Support property procurement, storage, distribution, and disposal.
• Coordinate workplace services, including security and parking.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and customer service.
