Qualifications

• Minimum five years of administrative support experience or three years plus two years of Retail Banking experience.
• Knowledge of retail products and services offered to customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and capable of handling concurrent tasks with deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Regional Retail Director or Market Leader.
• Prepare correspondence, memos, spreadsheets, letters, and reports.
• Prepare expense reports, invoices, and purchase requisitions.
• Assist in preparing presentations and meeting materials.
• Respond to calls, messages, and daily mail; schedule events and logistics.
• Support loan documents gathering and exception reports when needed.
• Interface with branch personnel, Loan Operations, CDP, and Compliance.
• Assist customers with general banking functions and provide excellent service.
