Job summary

Trustmark Bank seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Specialized Loan Operations team, handling CRE and C&I loan bookings, servicing, and maintenance. You will be the primary operations resource for syndicated transactions where Trustmark acts as Administrative Agent, coordinating funding, notices, and servicing.

You will partner with relationship managers and senior leadership to resolve complex customer service issues, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• 5 years of banking experience in loan operations or commercial lending.
• Experience administering syndicated credits as Administrative Agent or lead bank.
• Experience with core banking software, especially FIS ALS platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Specialized Loan Operations team.
• Direct all daily servicing for complex C&I and CRE loans.
• Oversee booking, post-booking servicing, and account maintenance.
• Coordinate syndicated credits as Administrative Agent including funding and notices.
• Interface with relationship managers to resolve client issues.
• Develop procedures to improve workflows and automation.
• Coordinate data for reporting and ensure compliance.
• Approve performance reviews and hires.
