Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. in the United States seeks a Passenger Service Agent Lead to join our hub operations. You will provide efficient, friendly service to customers and help promote and sell air travel with American Eagle and related carriers.

The role requires strong communication, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Leadership and administrative experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license; some restrictions may apply.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred; team‑lead experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and operate in various weather conditions.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly passenger service at hub airports.
• Promote and sell air travel with American Eagle and related carriers.
• Complete arrangements for passengers’ travel needs.
• Lead Agent duties: schedule training, coordinate interviews, onboarding, and HR tasks.
• Maintain documentation and assist with benefits enrollment and HRIS updates.
