Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Passenger Service Agent in Texas to deliver friendly, efficient service at hub airports and help customers with travel needs. You will promote travel with American Eagle and our partners, handling arrangements for a smooth experience.

The role includes leadership tasks in the Hub Administration team, scheduling coverage, training, and administrative duties, with opportunities to grow within a stable airline network.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal work status in the United States.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual English and Spanish reading/writing abilities helpful.
• Valid REAL ID or travel authorization as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service to passengers at hub airports.
• Promote and sell air travel with American Eagle, American Airlines and contracted carriers.
• Coordinate scheduling and administrative duties for hub operations.
• Support training and lead initiatives in the Hub Administration team.
